This one of the best body-sunscreens I've found. It's got a lot of substance to ad to its ingredients list.

It has three bottles of sunscreen for your body. The ingredients make-up for the sunscreen are: Avobenzone 3%, Homosalate 8%, Octinoxate 7.5% and Octisalate 5%. If you aren't familiar in which chemicals make-up a sunscreen, the first ingredient in a high-quality sunscreen should be of the chemical containing the term "Avobenzone" at the beginning of its name.

Avobenzone is one of my favorites when it comes to sunscreen chemicals since it meets the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) standard of being "excellent protection for the sun" with a minimal amount of "sunburn-producing potential" for people with an SPF level up to 50 and little to "No noticeable increase in burning sensation". These sunscreens will give you a lightweight, non-greasy texture to go with them.

In comparison, sunscreens that don't have the Avobenzone in the first ingredient are often found to have much higher SPF levels and an even higher amount of the chemical making your skin look like a lobster, "Octinoxate".

Kudos to Neutrogena for putting the Avobenzone in the first ingredient and also including Homosalate, Octinoxate, and Octisalate in the ingredients.

The other bottle contains an SPF 30 spray. This one is not totally natural since it contains the chemical Avobenzone, which I don't care for and is on the "Prohibited in Europe List" since it has been determined to potentially cause "Skin Cancer".

I've never been a big fan of SPF sprays since they mainly say "Sunscreen in a Spray Form", but what they don't tell you is that it may take 100 sprays of SPF 50 to equal that of one spray of SPF 100. With that fact in mind, the Spray should be treated like any other regular spray sunscreen with the same amount of sun coverage.

Another great thing about this water resistant sunscreen is that it has some of the UVA protection that avobenzone provides. This helps add a layer of protection from the UVA rays since most of our body is naturally exposed to UVA rays since it's our source of vitamin D.
