A large part of the Cetaphil brand is about being non-irritating, and that is why we like this pick. Cetaphil is known for their great moisturizing lotions and foams, and they are especially good for people with skin issues, due to the fact that they are non-comedogenic and will not cause irritation or buildup. This one in particular has the best combination of moisturization, performance, and non-irritation. We like that the Cetaphil has proven to be four times less irritating than the Dove brand, and that it contains the humectant propylene glycol and the skin-condition-friendly pyrithione Zinc.

As part of their dermatology formula, it is pure and fragrance-free. It is gentle thanks to the low pH, and even though the skin conditions it is safe for, it is a good choice for people with eczema.
